Introduction
Ms. Lee has 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked with the Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service and the Corporate Clinical Psychology Services at the Head Office of Hospital Authority. She has rich experiences in rendering crisis intervention services, psychological assessment, individual psychotherapy, family therapy and group therapy for children, adolescent and adult suffering distress ranging from mild adjustment issues, emotional problems, and relationship difficulties to psychiatric disorders. 

Besides specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ms. Lee focuses more in conducting Family Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and ​MYmind (Mindfulness Training for Youngsters With ADHD and their Parents) in recent years. She has completed the Foundation Course for Teaching MBCT organized by the Oxford Mindfulness Center and Hong Kong Center for Mindfulness in 2015, and also the MYmind Advanced Teacher Training in Mindfulness (for youth with ADHD, Autism and their parents), organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong) in 2017.

Ms. Lee has developed and conducted numerous training activities in topics related to personal development, parenting skills, emotion and stress management, positive psychology, mental health wellness and mindfulness. Ms. Lee was frequently invited to provide clinical consultation and training to professionals; and give seminars and workshops to schools, hospitals, social welfare organizations, corporate and general public. She is also currently appointed as the part-time Honorary Lecturer in the Master of Social Science (Counseling) degree program of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong.
