Depressive Disorder
Depression is a common mood disorder characterized by persistent low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, sleep disturbances, change of appetite, difficulty concentrating, and negative thoughts. These symptoms can significantly impact daily life, including work, studies, and social interactions. In severe cases, it may lead to suicidal thoughts.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder
GAD is a common mood condition. According to statistics 4% of the Hong Kong’s population suffers from GAD. The major symptoms include excessive and uncontrollable worry about happenings everyday which last for at least six months, accompanied by physical and psychological symptoms that interfere with daily life.

Panic Disorder
Panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder marked by sudden, recurring episodes of intense physical discomfort and fear (panic attacks), often without an obvious trigger. Patients frequently worry about future attacks, which can disrupt daily life and work. According to statistics 4% of the Hong Kong population have previously experienced symptoms of panic disorder.
