Prenatal/Postpartum Depression
Prenatal and postpartum depression are mood disorders that may occur during pregnancy or after childbirth. Symptoms include persistent sadness, irritability, extreme fatigue, sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, feelings of guilt or helplessness, and even thoughts of self-harm. These symptoms can strain family and parent-child relationships.

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
PMS refers to physical and psychological symptoms (e.g., mood swings, bloating, fatigue) occurring 1–2 weeks before menstruation, which resolve after the period begins. Severe cases can disrupt daily life.

Menopause Syndrome
Menopause syndrome involves physical and psychological symptoms (e.g., mood fluctuations, insomnia, body aches, fatigue) during menopause, lasting from months to years and affecting quality of life.
